County attorney clears Dubuque officers of wrongdoing in officer-involved shooting
The Dubuque County Attorney's Office has cleared two local police officers of wrongdoing after they shot and wounded a teenager who law enforcement said displayed a knife when officers attempted to serve him a warrant.
